Your invoices stay in your browser

Business profiles, uploaded logos, customer details, invoice drafts, and saved invoices are processed on your device and stored in browser localStorage. They are not sent to an InvoiceMove server. PDF and JSON exports are generated locally. Anyone who can use your browser profile may be able to access its saved invoices.

Local data and preferences

Each country has a separate invoice store. The app also remembers your chosen country preference. Clearing site data removes these preferences and may remove your invoices. Browser storage can be unavailable, full, or removed by browser cleanup tools. Download important documents and keep your own backup.

Country suggestions

Only the root URL automatically redirects. It first uses your saved country preference, then a country code supplied by the trusted hosting environment. Without a supported country or saved preference, it opens the United States generator. It does not use browser language or time zone to guess your location and does not request your precise location. Direct country links and the global homepage remain available without automatic redirection.

Google Analytics

This site loads Google Analytics using measurement ID G-8DWVJC1563. Google may receive technical information such as page views, browser and device information, and network information. We do not intentionally send invoice text, customer names, contact information, amounts, or uploaded logos to Analytics. Country voting and invoicing work without analytics cookies.

The Google tag loads when you visit a page and may set analytics cookies. You can control cookies in your browser or use Google’s analytics opt-out tools. Google’s processing is described in Google’s privacy policy.

Country interest votes

The interest form stores a country code, aggregate vote count, and the latest submission time on the server. It does not ask for an email address. An essential session cookie protects the form, and a preference cookie helps prevent repeat votes from the same browser. These measures do not identify unique people or guarantee a representative survey.

Hosting and external links

The hosting provider may retain normal access and security logs, including IP addresses and requested URLs. External links, such as official tax guidance, follow the privacy practices of their own websites. The app’s local invoice storage is separate from these services.

Your choices

You can block analytics using browser settings or extensions, delete an individual saved invoice, or clear this website’s data in your browser settings. Clearing data cannot remove documents you have downloaded or sent to someone else. You do not need to create an account to use the service.
